The challenges help you to increase your activity level but also to help the brain to handle the millions of impressions it takes in every day.

This is how “The Brain Challenge” works
Articles

During the campaign you will receive a new article written by Kristina Bähr every week. There will be a total of five articles with different themes that explain how the brain works and how we use it in an optimal way. The different themes are:

  1. Restore and strengthen your brain
  2. A rested brain increases your presence
  3. Challenge the brain - Find the creativity
  4. Stand up and think better
  5. Create triggers for new behaviour
Brain points

Together with all the articles you get challenges that challenge you to create good new habits and changes in your everyday life to find a better balance. Each challenge gives you 1 point, and the goal is to collect 35 points. Everything from taking a new path to work to turning off the mail notification and working focused gives you points.

The purpose of the campaign

Be more active and have fun together! Small changes in everyday life can provide great health benefits. Everything from taking the stairs instead of the elevator, to a workout in the evening.

Teamwork

Each participant creates their own profile. Once you have created a profile, you can create teams, we recommend 2-8 members. Are you more than 8 people? Create more teams! Together you work to reach the goal in time.

Follow the progress

Follow your own and the progress of your colleagues’ in the virtual map. By registering all your activity, you will get closer to the goal. Everyone who participates will be able to follow each other in the top lists and in the virtual map.

All activities count

The goal is to keep a daily step average of 10,000 steps throughout the competition period. All steps you take and all activity you register are counted in your step average. Your steps are transferred automatically with our app and you can easily register other activity in the activity table.

How to register your activity

The goal is to reach an activity level of 10,000 steps a day and all activities counts! You can easily register all activity directly in the app and on the web.

  • The Tappa app - Steps and everyday activities are automatically registered by the app. You can download the app in the App Store or Google Play. All activity associated with Apple Health and Google Fitness is automatically transferred to Tappa’s app.
  • Activity table - If you perform other activities, these can easily be registered in the activity table through the app or tappa.se. Example: 30 min cycling provides 3,900 steps.
  • Wearables - We have direct integration with Fitbit, Polar and Garmin. Integrate your wearable on the web and your steps will be transferred automatically. Wearables that can be linked to Google Fitness or Apple Health can also be used for automatic step transfer. For example, Apple Watch.
